STEF announces that it has signed an agreement with TDL Group for the acquisition of the scope of TDL Fresh Logistics, 100% specialised in the transport and logistics of fresh and frozen food products.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Belgian Competition Authority.
Created in 1980, TDL Fresh Logistics employs 400 people and has 3 sites.
With this acquisition, STEF in Belgium continues its ongoing commitment to improving its service offering for players in the agri-food supply chain.
